Some people prefer to watch a short video rather than read a manual or call the support desk when looking for information.
The Charitylog manual includes a large number of concise videos supporting the manual and giving practical explanations of how to do things.
The videos cover many aspects of the set up and use of the system, with a lot of helpful advice and examples included. They are generally quite short and to the point, to make life easier.
We also provide a video of the forthcoming changes prior to the regular four monthly updates we do. These will show you the new features and explain how they might be helpful to you.
