Implementation and training

Getting started with Charitylog

When you sign up to Charitylog you'll receive an agreed number of implementation sessions with one of our specialists included as part of your package. Our consultants know the system inside out and have lots of experience supporting new users to get started, and set up Charitylog in the best way for their charity.

We'll work with you through go-live and beyond

Your consultant will be assigned to you right from the start, and will work with you through going live and beyond. In the first session we'll discuss your organisation, what projects and services it provides, what the data and reporting requirements of these projects are, what workflows and processes there may be, GDPR, security, user access and more.

Each charity is different, and your consultant will help you set the system up in the way that will serve your organisation best. This might include the need for specific terminology, data fields, outcome and assessment scoring, volunteer management processes and more.

Follow-up review session

Once you've been running Charitylog for a few months, we provide a follow-up review session (usually with the same implementation consultant) where we check how things are going so far, look at reporting in more detail, and may suggest improvements or efficiency gains. Read more about system reviews.

Further training, refreshers and reviews

At some point you may want to buy additional training, or a review session to check you're really making the most of what your system can do. Half- or full-day sessions can be arranged.
