A Subject Access Request can be a complex question. Data relating to a person might be recorded in a variety of places in the system, from their personal details, through to attendances at groups, rostering job cards, invoices and other contact history.
Fortunately, Charitylog has a single button which will cause the system to go through the whole database and extract any occurence of data relating to that person into a spreadsheet.
This will save much time and effort and ensure the request is met efficiently.
