A charity that supports adults and children with learning disabilities and their families across five London boroughs, aiming to ensure they have the opportunity to live full, safe, healthy and inclusive lives.

What size is the organisation?

We have over 500 employees and around 150 volunteers. So far, two of our teams are using Charitylog and another is about to start, bringing the total of users to 16.

When did LDN London start using Charitylog?

We started in September 2024.

Which version do you use?

Charitylog Plus.

What do you use it for?

We mainly use it for recording client contacts and clinics, monitoring and reports.

Was it easy to get started?

Very easy - Tracey (our implementation consultant) was so helpful and guided the whole team in understanding the process.

How is it going so far?

It's going well. We're continually developing our knowledge of the system and how it works so we can get the most out of it.

Would you recommend Charitylog?

Yes - Charitylog is great for collecting data in a quick and easy way. It can be tailored to what you specifically need to report.
