Enable is a not-for-profit organisation based in South West London that provide a range of health and wellbeing services including support with mental health, cancer, disability, menopause, diabetes and weight management; physical activity classes, health coaching, social prescribing and more.
They employ around 200 F.T.E. staff.
When did your organisation start using Charitylog?
We started using it in 2023.
How was the implementation or migration process?
It was very smooth.
What do you mainly use Charitylog for?
We mainly use Charitylog as a case management system for clients we support on our MPower by Enable programme, which is a menopause support service.
How do you find using Charitylog?
It’s user friendly, and the support team are always really helpful.
Would you recommend Charitylog to another organisation?
Yes, we would. The whole process has been quick, and lots of support has been provided. The system works well for our service. We especially like being able to have some admin control, so we can make certain changes ourselves rather than having to go back to the support team each time.
