It supports people with a disability or long term health condition and their carers, providing information, advice and support with benefits, employment, education, housing, transport and more.

When did you start using Charitylog?

We started back in 2020.

Which version of Charitylog do you use?

Charitylog One.

What do you mainly use Charitylog for?

We use it for managing client records, appointments, reports, document management, financial outcomes and remote working. We now also use it for the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale.

Was it easy to get started?

When we moved over to Charitylog One, we had training which was very helpful. I had also been trained by another staff member when I started using Charitylog as our organisation was already using the basic Starter package.

How is it going so far?

It's going really well, especially now that we can log and track the Warwick-Edinburgh scale on there.

Would you recommend Charitylog?

Yes, definitely. It's easy to use and straightforward to record client information and records. We can pull a report of all aspects needed for our funders. And it complies with GDPR as it's a secure database.

"I would definitely recommend Charitylog. We can pull a report of all the different aspects needed by our funders."
