Customer support technician (hybrid working)

Are you a friendly, technical-minded person with a great telephone manner?

Do you enjoy problem-solving and providing good customer service? Would you prefer to work for an independent company that deals mainly with charities and not-for-profits?

If so, then working in our small customer support team might be for you.

About the company

Dizions provides specialist cloud CRM software to charities, local authorities and nonprofit organisations under the Charitylog and Crossdata brands. We have over 1,000 clients across the UK, including many familiar names.

About the job
