Who are we?

The Charitylog client relationship management tool is fully independent, UK-based and run. It's provided by Dizions Ltd, the company that originally developed it.

Dizions was established in 2004 to meet the needs of voluntary sector organisations, who lacked an affordable, easy-to-use, cloud-based CRM as a practical alternative to the messy collection of databases and paper-based systems that predominated at the time. 

We now have around 1000 customers - all charities, not-for-profits and community interest companies.

Because of this, we've built up a good understanding of the typical needs and working practices of voluntary sector organisations, and we use this insight to further shape the software. As a result, Charitylog customers benefit from a unique product that has been specifically tailored to the sector.

We understand what's important to our clients - and our managers, trainers, and support team are all attuned to the culture and ethos of the third sector.
