We're 20 years old this year!

That's 20 years' experience of providing affordable, time-saving CRM software to the voluntary sector.

Charitylog is the trading name of Dizions Ltd, the company that originally developed the Charitylog client relationship management tool, or CRM, which first went live in 2005.

Charitylog was developed to meet the needs of voluntary sector organisations, who lacked an affordable, cloud-based CRM. Back then, most were struggling with messy collections of databases and paper-based systems.

Charitylog is fully independent, UK-based and run.

We now have over 1000 customers - all charities, not-for-profits, councils and community interest companies.

Over these past 20 years, we've built up an excellent understanding of the typical needs and working practices of voluntary sector organisations, and we use this insight to further shape the software. As a result, our customers benefit from a unique product that has been specifically tailored to their needs, and continues to grow and develop with them.

We understand what's important to our charity clients - and our managers, trainers and support team are personally committed to the culture and ethos of the voluntary sector.
